Open the Cages Alliance (OTCA)

Open the Cages Alliance (OTCA) is a local nonprofit organization dedicated to exposing and ending animal cruelty and promoting compassionate, healthy and environmentally responsible living through public awareness projects and targeted campaigns.

We serve the Baltimore, MD and Washington, DC regions.

OTCA looks forward to working with other social justice organizations to highlight the interconnectedness of oppression and have an impact in our community. Thank you for your support!

It was wonderful to see everyone at our 2nd annual conference/benefit for animal and earth liberation prisoners!
